Troubleshooting Guide: Resolving Issues with Live TV Channels, Movies, or Series Not Playing

Follow these steps to resolve common playback issues and get back to enjoying your content seamlessly.

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Open the Settings Menu: Navigate to the main menu and select the settings option on the lower left. This is often represented by a gear icon.

Step 2: Access the EPG

  1. Once in the EPG section, locate the Refresh option
  2. Click on Refresh.
  3. After refreshing, find the Update option.
  4. Click on Update.
  5. Wait for the update process to complete. This may take a while, so be patient.

Step 3: Adjust Stream Format

  1. Select Stream Format: Within the settings menu, locate and click on the "Stream Format" option.
  2. Choose MPEGTS: From the list of available formats, select "MPEGTS."
  3. Confirm and Exit: Click "Back" to save your changes and return to the main settings menu.

   

Step 4: Configure Player Selection

  1. Go to Player Selection: In the settings menu, find the "Player Selection" option.
  2. Set to Built-in Player: Ensure that all the players are configured to "Built-in Player (Hardware/Software Decoder)."
  3. Save and Exit: Click "Back" to save your settings and return to the main menu.

   

Step 5: Adjust Player Settings

  1. Access Player Settings: Navigate to the "Player Settings" section within the settings menu.
  2. Select Software Decoder: Choose "Software Decoder" from the available options.
  3. Confirm and Exit: Click "Back" to save your changes and return to the main menu.

    

Step 6: Verify Playback

  1. Return to Content: Go back to the section where you were experiencing issues with movies, series, or live TV channels.
  2. Check Playback: Attempt to play the content again to see if the issue has been resolved.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve common playback issues and restore your ability to watch live TV channels, movies, and series without interruptions. If problems persist, you may need to consult additional troubleshooting resources or contact support for further assistance.
